It is ideal for carrying significant cargo loads, which can be used flexibly for multiple purposes and easy to park in the smallest of spaces. It is innovatively designed with many additional features.
NV200 has a low base price, fuel efficient, of good luggage capacity. However, it lacks the space of full size vans and some high-tech telematic features. The 2018 NV200 has a 5-inch colour audio display, a rear-view monitor featuring a USB port, phone Bluetooth, music streaming and hands-free text message assistant.
The NV200 is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 131 horsepower and 139 lb-ft of torque. The transmission is a continuously variable automatic (CVT). The inbuilt safety of NV200 includes a standard 4-wheel anti-lock brake, stability control and six airbags (front, side and side-curtain).
The NV200’s cabin features luxurious durable materials and controls, with standard lumbar support, knobs, buttons and vinyl wear patches for extended upholstery shelf life. There is a large cargo box and on the road it has carlike unibody construction and drives smoothly. It has light, precise steering, excellent suspension and a compact size compared to many SUVs.
The NV200 2-litre 4-cylinder engine is adequate but a limitation which is not as productive as a turbodiesel 4-cyclinder, however the gearless CVT provides smooth acceleration and the 24 miles per gallon represents good fuel economy. The Nissan 2018 NV200 is offered in two trim levels: S and SV. Both of these utilise a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine generating 131 horsepower and 139 lb.-ft. of torque.
A continuously variable transmission (CVT) delivers power to the front wheels. The SV adds power-heated mirrors, six floor-mounted D-rings in the cargo area, power locks, keyless entry, cruise control and an additional 12-volt power point.
The S trim have standard 15-in steel wheels, cloth upholstery with vinyl wear patches, adjustable driver lumbar support, power windows, power door locks, Hill Start Assist, a 12-volt power point in the centre console, a trip computer, a fold-down passenger seat with a seatback tray table, Nissan’s mobile-office centre console (including laptop and hanging file-folder storage, a pen/pencil tray, a CD holder and dual cup holders), 60/40-split rear cargo doors that open up to 180 degrees, 20 interior cargo mounting points, six exterior roof-rack mounting points, rear-view monitor and a 2-speaker CD audio system with auxiliary and USB ports, 5-in colour display and Bluetooth.
Additional NV200 options include satellite radio, navigation, which features a 5.8-in touch screen display, a navigation system and voice-command functionality. Rear sonar parking assist, cruise control and glass windows for the rear and side doors are also available.
