Passenger Uses Liquor Bottle To Attack Louisville Taxi Driver

A taxi driver crashed into a house whilst driving in Louisville, Kentucky and was later unaware how the incident occurred.

Further investigations from surveillance video installed within the taxi by the driver and his company, Taxi 7, discovered that the passenger, Brian Moss, had hit the taxi driver with a liquor bottle.

During the initial taxi journey, the passenger had requested the driver to stop off for a liquor bottle at a store. This item then became the lethal instrument which the passenger used to attack the driver, causing the crash.

Once the driver was hit with the liquor bottle by the passenger, he lost control of the car, crossing into the incoming traffic, avoiding a tree narrowly and crashing into a house.

After the accident, the driver had difficulty remembering what had actually occurred.

However, the surveillance system installed unveiled the attacker and details of the incident. The taxi company then telephoned and informed the police of the incident.

As a consequence of the video footage, the Police were able to arrest the homeless Brian Moss and he was charged with two felonies for the injurious attack.
