  • How do I contact customer services?

    We have various forms of contacting our customer services department. You may call us by telephone. You may also email us at customerservices@cabtrader.com Our normal offices are open 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri. You may of course contact us outside of these times and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Account – Can I sign up/unsubscribe to emails?

    You can choose to sign up to our newsletter by following this link – www.cabtrader.com Should you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, please contact our customer services team and we will process this for you.

  • How do I change my email address?

    Our dedicated team can update your email address for you, please contact the customer services team for this to be processed. Please send an email from your existing account detailing your new email address or alternatively an email can be sent from your new account detailing your billing information that is linked to your Cabtrader account so that we can verify this for security reasons.

  • Help! I’ve forgotten my password

    If you have forgotten your password that is linked to your Cabtrader account, you can simply go to the log in page and select “forgotten password” From here, you will be asked to enter your email address that is linked to your account and you will receive an email containing a link to re-set your password.

  • Can I remove a comment ?

    No you cannot remove a comment, however you may contact the admin to remove a comment. Please note all comments are monitored and any abuse will be reported to the cyber authorities

  • How does my Taxi Insurance Claim work?

    You fill in the insurance claim forms online and wait for any follow up notifications in your mail or message inbox.

  • How do I Sign Up?

    From the top bar click on sign up, Enter a username, email and password. Once you Sign up, you will receive an activation email. Simply follow the link from your email to activate your account. Once account has been activated you can sign in.

  • How do I change my account settings?

    From the profile menu select settings and you can make your changes

  • How are payments processed ?

    Once your claim has been submitted, our team will process all your forms. If your claim is successful then we will send a cheque out to your registered address.

  • Are my details secure?

    Yes details are hidden and secure unless stated at time of form filling.

  • How can I control if other search engines can link to my profile?

    We are using captcha security in place to help our system and management.
